2. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.

3. Ship the item back at your expense to the provided return address.

4. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6.3. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within 10 business days after return approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

• All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.

• SevenOtwo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft occurring during shipping. Customers must file claims directly with the courier.
