At SevenOtwo, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions for returning items and requesting refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms detailed below.

1. Return Policy

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• We will not process a return or refund if you fail to initiate your return request within the 15-day period.

• Returns must be initiated via our SevenOtwo Return & Exchange Portal before shipping the item back.

 

1.2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

• Sale items (40% discount or more): Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of a defective item or a sizing issue.

•    Intimate wear & lingerie

•    Sanitary or personal care products

•    Gift cards

If an item is marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page, it is not eligible for return.

 

1.3. Return Process

    1.    Initiate your return via the SevenOtwo Return & Exchange Portal within 15 days of receiving your order.

    2.    Ship the item back to the return address provided through the portal.

    3.    Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 10 business days.

 

1.4. Return Shipping Costs

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

    •    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card with the refunded amount.

• Once processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

2.2. Non-Refundable Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or an order error.

• If a package is refused upon delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

3. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you want a different size, color, or item, you must place a new order and return the unwanted item according to our return policy.

4. Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order only before it is processed for shipment.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned once received.

• If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

•If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery service@sevenotwo.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
